I” ll Do well If Elected as Oru West LG Chair- Okike

As the Imo Local Government Area elections are gathering momentum, An All Progressives Congress, APC Chairmanship aspirant for Oru West seat, Hon. Alphonsus Okike, has said that his entering into the race was to give youths and women of the council a renewed sense of hope and help create opportunity for collective prosperity of the people of the area.
Okike who spoke with journalists, at the APC State secretariat, Owerri, shortly after he picked the interest form, on Monday, said under his watch, youths restiveness in the area will be a thing of the past as he would work hard to restore hope in the people and help them to achieve a meaningful life.
“I know my people, I know their problems, and I know how to handle it. I am a grassroots person and I know with their support, the right thing will be done. In the September 21 Local Government election, the good people of Oru West are going to support me because”, he said.
The Chairmanship aspirant also promised to carry everybody along in the scheme of things and ensure that the challenges of people of Oru West are addressed if he is elected as Chairman.
He promised to do well in the areas of Agriculture, Education, Commerce, Industry, Youths development and empowerment and other areas.
He also promised to key into the empowerment and skills acquisition programme of the sheared prosperity administration of Governor Hope Uzodimma in the council area, adding that he would ensure he runs an inclusive government that will benefit his people.
