The institute of business administration and knowledge management (IBAKM), in collaboration with Chartered institute of business administration and knowledge management (CIBAKM) and Association of Business administration and Knowledge management Professionals

The conferment and investiture ceremony took place  during a  special membership investiture ,  certification and  induction program held  in the capital city of Owerri,  at IBAKM administrative office , Chisco Plaza (Ist Floor ) Plot 2/4 along Egbu Road Opposite Government Technical College  Owerri , Imo state. With the theme” Business Administration and Knowledge management in the 21st century “with Professor Cosmas Alugbuo (keynote Speaker), Evangelist brethren Uzodinma (Special Guest), and other high profiled dignitaries in attendance.

Responding to the guesture, Evangelist   Uzodinma expressed happiness on the turnout of events, he thanked the institute for finding him worthy for the recognition and honour .he promised to continue to uphold the high ethical standard of the institute.

In his address the President and Chairman of the Advisory Council IBAKM Global President  Dr. Gangadhar Joshi , FIBAKM, FCBA, FCKM commended the gathering , he unequivocally stated that the institute of business administration and knowledge management is a unique and innovative global professional body duely licenced and statustorily empowered for the  advancement of business administration and knowledge management profession   in Nigeria and globally , he maintained that since conceptualization and official approval by the   Federal Government , the board of Governors and advisory council, and management has taken serial steps to ensure that the institute maintain leadership position as well as guarantee competence  , he  commended the 2023  theme titled “Business administration and knowledge management in the 21st century ” he seized the platform to welcome the gathering.

In his lecture Professor Cosmas Alugbuo  former Dean faculty  of business administration Imo state University Owerri (IMSU)  , presently in the the faculty  of business administration  IMSU, extolled the founders of the institute, in his lecture , he  disclosed that an effective use of business administration and Knowledge management will enhance   business efficiency , he said a good business administrator should be able to balance the stakeholders,  customers and management  needed to be able to retained the Business. Prof. Alugbuo   reminded the gathering that the 21st century is been driven by the digitalization of business environment he urged business managers to make use of effective business knowledge management to ensure sustainability.

In his paper review , the executive vice – chairman of the institute Dr. Monday Anyairo , who gave an insight of innovation in business environment , said Innovation is all about   profitable realities , he reiterated that the success of a business innovation is viable under constant innovation he added that innovation illuminates the track to business success. He noted that the mission and vision of IBAKM is to ensure proffessionalism in the business environment.
